SiteBoxx is not a real estate brokerage and does not participate in real estate transactions.

3. Listing Content

Users retain ownership of content submitted to SiteBoxx.

By submitting content, you grant SiteBoxx a non-exclusive, worldwide license to display, reproduce, distribute, and promote submitted content for purposes of operating the platform.

Users represent and warrant that:

• They have the right to publish submitted content

• Information provided is accurate to the best of their knowledge

• Submitted content does not violate applicable laws or third-party rights

4. Subscription Plans

Certain services require a paid subscription.

Subscription plans may include:

• CORE

• MAX

• PRO

• Other plans introduced in the future

Subscription fees are billed in advance and recur automatically until canceled.

Pricing and features may change with reasonable notice.

5. Billing and Payments

Payments are processed through third-party payment processors, including Stripe.

By purchasing a subscription, you authorize recurring charges associated with your selected plan.

Users are responsible for maintaining valid payment information.

6. Cancellation

Users may cancel subscriptions at any time through their account dashboard or by contacting SiteBoxx.

Cancellation prevents future billing but does not automatically generate refunds for prior charges.

Access to paid features may continue until the end of the current billing period.

7. No Guarantee of Results

SiteBoxx does not guarantee:

• Inquiries

• Sales

• Leases

• Investment activity

• Occupancy

• Economic development outcomes

Performance may vary based on listing quality, market conditions, and user activity.

8. Prohibited Content

Users may not publish:

• Fraudulent information

• Misleading property information

• Copyright-infringing content

• Malicious software

• Illegal content

• Content intended to disrupt platform operations

SiteBoxx reserves the right to remove content at its sole discretion.

9. Suspension and Termination

SiteBoxx may suspend or terminate accounts that:

• Violate these Terms

• Engage in fraudulent activity

• Abuse platform services

• Present legal or security risks

10. Intellectual Property

The SiteBoxx platform, branding, logos, software, design elements, and proprietary content remain the property of Aspire Content Strategy, LLC.

Users may not copy, reproduce, or distribute platform materials without permission.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SiteBoxx and Aspire Content Strategy, LLC shall not be liable for:

• Lost profits

• Lost business opportunities

• Indirect damages

• Consequential damages

• Data loss

• Service interruptions

The platform is provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis.

12. Indemnification

Users agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless SiteBoxx, Aspire Content Strategy, LLC, its officers, employees, and affiliates from claims arising from:

• Platform use

• Violation of these Terms

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed under the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in North Carolina.

14. Modifications

SiteBoxx may modify these Terms at any time.

Continued use of the platform following publication of revised Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
